I don't work with everyone. I work with teams that take design seriously: startups building their own product, and studios and tech companies building it for their clients. Same requirement either way: a real problem to solve, and people who want a partner who thinks about the product, not just how it looks.
01 - Profile
You're building your own product, and where design sits varies. Maybe you already have a design team and just need an extra senior pair of hands to move faster. Maybe there's no dedicated designer and you need someone to bring the design know-how and own it. Maybe what you're missing is on the frontend turning design into production. I slot into whatever you already have: alongside your design team, as the design lead when there isn't one, on the frontend, or all of it at once.

02 - Profile
You design and build products for your clients, and you take it seriously. Real discovery, real UX, value over raw output. But demand isn't always level: sometimes there are more good clients than senior capacity. I plug into your pipeline, on your tools, alongside your team as a designer, a frontend dev, or both and deliver to your standard, white-label if needed.

We understand the real problem, not the declared one. Users, business goals, technical constraints.
I turn evidence into design proposals. Fast iteration before committing to a direction.
High-fidelity UI, testable prototype, refinement based on real feedback and user testing.
Documentation, design tokens, and if needed direct implementation in React / TypeScript.
Have a real product problem, not just "make it look nice"
Give designers space to ask questions before executing
Value iteration over a single perfect delivery
Are comfortable with async work and clear documentation
Want a long-term collaborator, not a pixel-pusher
Need someone to execute specs with no strategic input
Want a final design delivered in under a week, no questions
Aren't sure what the actual problem is yet
Don't involve design in product decisions at all
Think AI tools can replace the strategic thinking behind good design
Do you work with clients outside Italy?
Yes. I work fully remotely with Italian and EU clients. Working language can be Italian or English. I'm available for calls within EU timezone without any issue.
Can I hire you for design only, without the frontend?
Absolutely. The full-stack profile is a range, not a requirement. Plenty of clients already have a dev team and just need design, a design system, or product consulting and some have the designs done and need someone to ship them in React. Design, frontend, or both: you pick the slice.
Can you handle a POC from scratch, without a brief?
Yes, this is actually one of the scenarios I enjoy most. Bring the idea and the constraints, and I'll structure the brief, define the MVP scope, design it, and build it if needed. You'll have something testable without pulling anyone off your core team.
What if I'm not sure which profile fits my situation?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Bring the problem, not the solution. We'll figure out together whether I'm the right person to help and if I'm not, I'll tell you honestly.
Do you use AI in your design process?
Yes and I think every designer who doesn't is losing time. I use AI tools throughout my workflow, for research synthesis, generating copy variations, writing frontend code faster, and exploring visual directions quickly. What AI doesn't do is decide what the right problem is, understand what a specific user is actually struggling with, or make the trade-off calls that define a good product. Those require judgment built over years of real projects. I use AI to move faster not to think less.
Do you work with studios and agencies, white-label?
es. I work behind the scenes as part of your team. Your process, your tools, your client relationship. Design, frontend, or both, on a single project or ongoing. The client sees your studio; I make sure the work holds up to your standard.
30 minutes. No commitment. We'll figure out together if I can actually help.
